Incuspaze has acquired Pune-based coworking firm TRIOS in a cash and stock deal, strengthening its presence in the Pune market and advancing its goal of becoming a full-stack workspace provider for MNCs and Global Capability Centers.

The acquisition is expected to boost topline revenue by 10–15%, contributing to Incuspaze’s ₹350–400 crore revenue target for FY2025-26. The integration will unlock value through operational efficiencies, enhanced tech capabilities, and standardized services across all locations. TRIOS’ founding team will remain active post-acquisition, ensuring a smooth transition. With this move, Incuspaze expands its portfolio to over 50 locations in 18 cities, covering 4 million sq ft. Founder and CEO Sanjay Choudhary highlighted that TRIOS is a strategic and cultural fit that enhances customer experience. Co-founder Sanjay Chatrath called it a pivotal step toward building a pan-India network. The company also hinted at a potential IPO within 24–36 months, aiming to accelerate expansion across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.
