KRT, a SEBI-registered REIT, is set to become India’s largest REIT in terms of Net Operating Income (NOI) and Gross Asset Value, estimated at Rs 60,000 crore. The trust, with a 48 million sq ft portfolio across six major cities, plans to raise over Rs 6,200 crore through its IPO. The acquisition involves commercial real estate and renewable power assets. KRT's portfolio, 90% leased with 76% MNC tenants, marks it as India’s most geographically diverse office REIT.
