Sobha Ltd is making its debut in Greater Noida with a ₹800 crore investment in a luxury residential project named Sobha Aurum.

Spread across 3.46 acres in Sector 36, the development will feature two 45-storey towers housing 420 premium units. Prices start at ₹1.12 crore for 1BHKs and go up to ₹3.48 crore for 4BHKs. The project will include private terraces, corner balconies, and over 2.5 acres of open recreational space. Amenities include a 15,072 sq ft clubhouse, lap and leisure pools, a multi-sport court, kids' play area, and an exhibition lawn. Sobha acquired the land via auction for ₹160 crore and has secured all necessary regulatory approvals. This marks Sobha’s first foray into Greater Noida and its fifth project in Delhi-NCR, following its successful venture in Gurugram. Managing Director Jagadish Nangineni emphasized the company’s goal to redefine luxury living in this new market.
