🔥 Witness Mumbai’s Biggest Makeover—Motilal Nagar is Rising, and So Should You!

Adani Properties and MHADA have joined hands to undertake Mumbai’s largest-ever redevelopment project at Motilal Nagar, Goregaon (West), spanning 142 acres. This transformative initiative will provide spacious new homes of 1,600 sq ft to MHADA residents, 987 sq ft units to commercial tenants, and 300 sq ft homes to eligible slum dwellers. The project aims to modernize decades-old housing, improve infrastructure, and tackle civic issues like flooding. MHADA retains full land ownership and control, ensuring transparency and social commitment, while Adani will finance and execute the redevelopment in phases over seven years. Designed by Netherlands-based Mecanoo and Buro Happold, the project will include new roads, drainage, gardens, schools, hospitals, and markets. This marks Adani's second major urban renewal project in Mumbai after Dharavi, promising to uplift thousands of lives while transforming Goregaon's skyline and quality of life.
