ED Attaches ₹71.60 Crore Assets in 32nd Avenue Money Laundering Case.

₹71.60 Crore Attached as ED Uncovers an Alleged Web of Investor Fraud.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has attached immovable and movable properties worth ₹71.60 crore linked to the Gurugram-based 32nd Avenue Group in an alleged ₹500 crore Ponzi scheme under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002. The action follows FIRs registered by Delhi and Gurugram Police against the group’s promoters and others for alleged cheating, forgery, criminal breach of trust and conspiracy. According to the ED, investors were allegedly lured into purchasing commercial units with promises of long-term leases, fixed rental income, buy-back arrangements and increasing returns. Investigators found allegations of the same spaces being sold or leased to multiple buyers, forged documents, altered unit details and rental payments being stopped after an initial period. The agency also traced funds through more than 50 companies and LLPs and identified investments in properties across Goa and Maharashtra. A total of 76 immovable and 38 movable properties have been attached.
