Rajasthan to Allot 552 Acres for Three Private Industrial Parks.

Dausa, Balotra and Dholpur projects aim to strengthen industrial infrastructure and attract investment.

The Rajasthan government is set to allot around 552 acres of land across Dausa, Balotra and Dholpur districts for the development of three private industrial parks under the Rajasthan Industrial Park Promotion Policy-2026. The initiative is aimed at expanding industrial infrastructure and creating a more supportive environment for investors. Under the policy, selected developers will be responsible for developing essential infrastructure, including internal roads, utilities, common facilities and plug-and-play office spaces. The model is designed to provide businesses with ready infrastructure and reduce the time required to establish industrial operations. According to an official statement, the e-bidding process for the land parcels was conducted on September 15, following online applications invited from investors between August 27 and September 8. Applicants were also required to submit earnest money deposits as part of the process. The proposed parks are expected to support industrial activity in the three districts, encourage private participation in infrastructure development and create opportunities for investment, employment and regional economic growth.
