Table Space Expands Hyderabad Portfolio to 1.56 Million Sq. Ft. as GCC Demand Deepens
Hyderabad, October 2026: Table Space has expanded its Hyderabad portfolio to 1.56 million sq. ft. of leasable area, strengthening its presence in one of India's key enterprise and Global Capability Centre (GCC) markets.
The company, which opened its first Hyderabad centre in 2017, now operates across established and emerging commercial hubs including HITEC City, Gachibowli, Nanakramguda and Neopolis.
The expansion comes as Hyderabad continues to deepen its role as a major destination for global enterprises and GCCs.
DoorDash Selects Table Space for First India Talent Hub
Global local-commerce platform DoorDash has partnered with Table Space as it establishes its first talent hub in India in Hyderabad.
The engagement will be delivered in two phases, beginning with an initial office and followed by a larger, longer-term workplace in HITEC City.
Table Space will manage the lease, design, build and ongoing workplace operations across the engagement, reflecting the growing adoption of integrated managed-office solutions among global enterprises entering or expanding their presence in India.
Hyderabad Office Market Expands Across New Corridors
Hyderabad's commercial office market has expanded significantly in both scale and geography.
According to the CBRE Industry Report prepared for Table Space, the city had approximately 113 million sq. ft. of Grade-A office inventory as of Q1 CY2026.
Hyderabad accounted for approximately 20% of cumulative GCC office-space leasing across India's top nine cities between CY2022 and Q1 CY2026, second only to Bengaluru.
The report attributes Hyderabad's growing GCC traction to factors including access to talent and the availability of high-quality office space supported by large developers and institutional investors.
IT Corridor Remains the Established Office Hub
CBRE identifies Hyderabad's IT Corridor, covering locations such as Kondapur, Madhapur, Gachibowli, HITEC City, Raidurg and Kavuri Hills, as the city's most established office market.
The Extended IT Corridor, including Nanakramguda, Kokapet and Kukatpally, has emerged as another active office leasing micromarket.
Table Space's expanding footprint reflects this broader commercial geography, with its Hyderabad portfolio now extending beyond established locations such as HITEC City and Gachibowli into Nanakramguda and Neopolis, including Grava Business Park.
Hyderabad Emerges as a Major GCC Market
Hyderabad's growing importance to India's GCC ecosystem is also reflected in the number of global capability centres operating in the city.
The CBRE Industry Report, citing NASSCOM-Zinnov data, states that Hyderabad hosted more than 515 GCC units as of FY2026, making it India's second-largest GCC market by number of units after Bengaluru.
Together, Bengaluru and Hyderabad account for approximately 48% of the IT talent within India's GCC ecosystem, according to the cited report.
This growing enterprise ecosystem is supporting demand for managed workplaces that can provide companies with speed, flexibility and the ability to scale.
Enterprise Clients Drive Table Space Growth
Table Space's national enterprise portfolio includes 431 unique enterprise clients, as of March 31, 2026, including 115 GCCs and 45 Fortune 500 companies.
GCC clients accounted for 53.50% of Table Space's leased area, while companies headquartered outside India accounted for 92.49% of leased area.
For Table Space, Hyderabad therefore represents more than an expansion into another city. It is a market where the company's enterprise-focused managed-office model aligns with a deepening pool of global companies and GCCs.
Integrated Managed-Office Model
Table Space combines real-estate sourcing, workplace design, fit-out and ongoing operations under its managed-office model.
This enables enterprises to establish and scale workplaces without separately coordinating multiple stages of workplace delivery.
Nitish Bhasin, Chief Sales Officer, Table Space, said Hyderabad is seeing deeper mandates from global enterprises as companies add teams, functions and capabilities in the city.
He highlighted the increasing importance of speed, customisation, technology, compliance and scalability in enterprise workplace requirements.
He also described DoorDash's Hyderabad talent hub as an example of the evolving global-enterprise activity in the city.
DoorDash Focuses on Workplace Flexibility and Growth
David Ives, Global Director of Real Estate and Workplace at DoorDash, said establishing the company's first talent hub in India is an important milestone and that the right workplace partner is an important part of building its Hyderabad presence.
He highlighted Table Space's ability to support DoorDash from its initial office through to its longer-term workplace in HITEC City, providing flexibility as the company establishes and expands its teams.
Table Space's India-Wide Footprint
Founded in 2017, Table Space is one of India's enterprise-focused managed-office providers.
The company manages a portfolio of more than 11 million sq. ft. across key Indian markets and provides custom-built offices as well as ready-to-move-in suites.
As of the supplied company data, Table Space serves 425+ clients, operates 84 centres across nine Indian cities, and provides managed workspace solutions through its Enterprise Workspace-as-a-Service (WaaS) model.
