Spanning across 3.74 million square feet, the building is spread across six towers on a 10.94-acre site. The project will be developed in partnership with Canada Pension Plan Investment Board at an investment of $750Mn and is set to be completed by 2027.
RMZ Nexus is pioneering a direct metro-integrated development strategically connecting the city’s west and east corridors, while offering seamless access to South Mumbai. This visionary project is designed to unite larger communities and residential hubs, redefining connectivity in Mumbai. These spaces feature abundant natural light, biophilic design elements, and engaging art installations. RMZ Nexus also introduces concept retail stores, gourmet dining options, and informal marketplaces, complemented by rooftop sky bars, social clubs, and a wellness zone. A digitally integrated ecosystem will further enhance the occupier and visitor experience, providing seamless access to services within the asset.
By blending state-of-the-art technology with nature-inspired design, RMZ Nexus prioritizes sustainability, well-being, and social interaction. The project aspires to achieve prestigious certifications such as USGBC LEED (BD+C) Platinum and IWBI WELL (C&S) Gold. Its sustainable infrastructure incorporates renewable energy initiatives targeting a minimum of 5% renewable power usage, a daylight-maximizing central core, EV charging stations, energy-efficient HVAC systems, and advanced water management solutions.
