L&T's Buildings & Factories vertical has secured large government contracts valued between ₹72,500 crore and ₹75,000 crore.
The projects include constructing the Common Central Secretariat buildings in New Delhi and the State Legislative Assembly building in Andhra Pradesh. L&T's responsibilities cover civil structure, finishes, MEP services, external development, and a five-year operation and maintenance period post-construction. The company aims to complete the projects within 18 months, demonstrating its commitment to efficient project delivery.
