Mascot Infrastructure has signed an MoU with the Gujarat government to develop a 385-acre integrated industrial township, Mascot Industrial City, at Vithalapur in Ahmedabad district.

Located near a major auto manufacturing hub, the township will benefit from proximity to the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor, Dholera SIR, GIFT City, and Sanand GIDC. Managing Director Sanjay Patel said the project will serve as a key industrial and logistics hub. Planned as a mixed-use development, it will feature industrial plots, factory sheds, warehouses, residential apartments, and supporting infrastructure like schools, hotels, and a food plaza. Announced during the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2024, the project aims to boost Gujarat’s industrial ecosystem by integrating manufacturing, logistics, and lifestyle in one unified space.
