L&T Secures ₹1,000–2,500 Crore Orders Across Housing and Testing Infrastructure.

Engineering and construction major Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has won a series of domestic contracts valued between ₹1,000 crore and ₹2,500 crore under its buildings and factories business. The orders span residential real estate and industrial testing infrastructure, reflecting strong demand across sectors. A key contract has been awarded by Oberoi Realty for the construction of seven high-rise residential towers in Gurugram. The scope includes reinforced concrete shell and core works, along with earthworks and piling, to be executed within defined timelines. Separately, L&T has secured an order from an international client to develop a vehicle proving ground in Haryana. The facility will enhance vehicle testing capabilities for emerging technologies and includes finishing works and external development. These wins reinforce L&T’s EPC leadership across residential, commercial, automotive, and new-energy infrastructure segments.
