Shriram Properties Reports Strong Q1 FY27 with ₹484 Crore Sales
Bengaluru, India – 12 August 2026
Shriram Properties Limited (SPL) has announced its financial and operational results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, marking a steady start to FY27 with strong sales momentum, successful project launches, continued construction activity, and healthy customer collections.
The company recorded quarterly sales of ₹484 crore in Q1 FY27, representing a 10% year-on-year increase, while pre-tax profit stood marginally higher at ₹18 crore. The company has maintained its full-year outlook, supported by on-track execution and a strong launch pipeline planned for the second half of FY27.
Strong Operational Performance in Q1 FY27
Shriram Properties reported record-high first-quarter sales of ₹484 crore, equivalent to approximately 0.85 million sq. ft., supported by successful new launches across Chennai and Kolkata.
During the quarter, the company launched plots under the codename Forest View, positioned as Kolkata's first branded land offering. The launch received an encouraging response from customers.
In Chennai, SPL entered the premium residential segment with the launch of its project codenamed King Life in Koyambedu.
Both projects were launched in June 2026 and generated healthy sales within their first 30 days. The initial customer response has strengthened the company's confidence in its product strategy and is expected to support further pre-sales momentum during FY27.
Customer Collections and Project Execution
Gross customer collections increased 8% year-on-year to ₹365 crore during Q1 FY27. The growth was supported by execution-linked milestones and handover-related collections.
Collections are expected to gain further momentum as construction activity accelerates and recently launched projects begin to scale up sales.
The company handed over more than 690 units to customers during the quarter, continuing the strong execution momentum established during Q4 FY26.
The continued pace of handovers is expected to support revenue recognition during the remainder of the financial year.
Development Pipeline Strengthened
Shriram Properties also made significant progress in expanding its development pipeline during the quarter.
The company added a new project with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately ₹650 crore.
In addition, SPL is at an advanced stage of closing further projects representing more than 7 million sq. ft. of development potential, providing increased visibility for future growth.
The company continues to focus on adding projects across its key markets while maintaining disciplined capital allocation.
