Supreme Housing Secures ₹522-Crore Debt Settlement with Lenders.

Canara Bank-led consortium approves one-time settlement, enabling the real estate company to resolve nearly ₹700 crore in legacy debt. Supreme Housing and Hospitality (SHH) has secured approval for a ₹522-crore one-time settlement (OTS) offer from lenders, led by Canara Bank, with 95% creditor voting support. The settlement will resolve the company's outstanding dues of nearly ₹700 crore, translating into a recovery of approximately 75% for the participating banks. The agreement covers both fund-based and non-fund-based exposures, including corporate guarantees extended to subsidiaries Supreme Infrastructure and Supreme Ahmednagar Karmala Tembhurni Tollways. Of the total settlement amount, approximately ₹475 crore will be paid to Canara Bank, which has a fund-based exposure of ₹593 crore. The company had deposited ₹200 crore in July as part of the settlement process. Other participating lenders include State Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, Indian Bank, Union Bank of India and Bank of India. Following approval, the settlement will be placed before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) for final approval.
