Inspira Realty to Expand With 8-10 Redevelopment Projects; Will Rake in Rs 5,000 Cr

Inspira Realty, an arm of Inspira Global, has announced an expansion strategy for 2025-26, targeting 8-10 new redevelopment acquisitions across western and south Mumbai., With these acquisitions and ongoing projects, the company is set to surpass its current Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs 4,000 crore, further reinforcing its leadership in Mumbai’s urban transformation.

As part of its growth strategy, Inspira Realty is actively in talks for redevelopment projects across the western and southern belts of Mumbai. The company has already begun 2025 with strong momentum, having signed 2 Development Agreement’s in Borivali and Santacruz (W). These acquisitions align with Inspira Realty’s focus on high-potential urban locations that offer significant redevelopment opportunities.

The 2025-26 expansion pipeline is projected to contribute an estimated Rs 5,000 crore to the company’s overall GDV, with phased completions expected over the next 3 – 5 years. Western and South Mumbai continue to present significant potential due to their aging infrastructure and high population density. These areas face constraints on greenfield development, making redevelopment a strategic and necessary solution.

Currently, Inspira Realty manages over 2 million square feet of ongoing and planned developments across eight residential projects in Mumbai’s prime neighbourhoods, including Chembur, Bandra, Vile Parle, Malad, and Borivali. The company is now accelerating its presence in the redevelopment sector by acquiring new projects that align with its vision of urban revitalization.
