Each floor costs ₹12.25 lakh per month, totalling a monthly rent of ₹24.5 lakh and a security deposit of ₹1.47 crore. The rental deal ensures temporary accommodation while redevelopment begins on Khan’s existing five-storey building, where he owns about 12 flats. That structure is set to be transformed into a 15-storey tower. This high-profile transaction follows a trend in the area, with Shah Rukh Khan recently leasing two duplexes nearby for ₹24 lakh per month.
