Welspun Enterprises Leases 4.5 Lakh Sq Ft Office Space in Pune for Over ₹182 Crore.

Welspun Enterprises Ltd has leased around 4.5 lakh sq ft of commercial office space at Radius IT Park in Hinjewadi, Pune, for a total rental outgo exceeding ₹182 crore, according to property registration documents accessed by Propstack. The lease spans five years, beginning April 1, 2020, and ending March 31, 2031. The space was leased from Indo Global Soft Solutions and Technologies Pvt Ltd and includes approximately 3.20 lakh sq ft of carpet area with a total chargeable area of 4.57 lakh sq ft. The agreement started with a monthly rent of ₹1.25 crore, featuring a 5% annual escalation clause. The transaction was registered on March 27, 2028, with a stamp duty payment of ₹18 lakh. Commenting on the deal, Raja Seetharaman noted that Pune’s commercial market is witnessing robust growth, driven largely by the expansion of Global Capability Centres (GCCs).
