Table Space Technologies Files DRHP for ₹800 Crore IPO with SEBI.
Table Space Technologies, a Bengaluru-based managed workspace solutions provider, has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI for an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The proposed issue includes a fresh equity issue worth ₹800 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 6.55 crore equity shares by existing shareholders. The company may also undertake a pre-IPO placement of up to ₹160 crore, which would reduce the size of the fresh issue. As of March 31, 2026, Table Space managed 9.33 million sq. ft. of leased office space across 33 business clusters in eight Tier-I cities, with 98% located in Grade-A properties. Serving 431 clients, including 45 Fortune 500 companies and 115 Global Capability Centres (GCCs), the company reported ₹2,477.68 crore in FY26 revenue, a 56.4% year-on-year growth, highlighting its strong market position and expansion potential.
