Onward Workspaces has announced that it now serves more than 250 enterprise clients across multiple sectors in Delhi NCR, reinforcing its position as one of the region’s most enterprise-diverse managed workspace operators.

The company’s client portfolio includes several multinational corporations and Global Fortune 500 companies such as Accenture, Lenskart, DP World, Aramex, TVS Supply Chain Solutions, Nuvama Wealth, Clarksons Shipping, Sage Publications, Thermax, Credgenics, Teleperformance, M2P Fintech, Wow! Momo and BluePond AI.

The company said its portfolio spans sectors including logistics and supply chain, fintech and financial services, publishing and technology, manufacturing, commerce, AI, and emerging technologies. Onward Workspaces claims to maintain a nearly 98% client retention rate, reflecting strong long-term partnerships and demand for customised enterprise-grade office solutions.

Commenting on the milestone, Suvrat Jain said the company’s growth is driven by its client-centric approach that integrates workspace design, fit-outs, operations, and maintenance under a single managed platform. He added that each office environment is tailored to reflect a client’s brand identity, culture, and operational requirements.

Founded in 2019, Onward Workspaces operates over 7 lakh square feet of managed workspace across Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida. The company positions itself between traditional long-term commercial leasing and standard coworking models by offering flexible, scalable, and fully managed enterprise workspaces.

As part of its expansion strategy, the company plans to launch three new centres across Delhi in the coming months to strengthen its presence in high-growth enterprise corridors.

In a parallel development, Onward Workspaces has onboarded OpraahFx Adtech Private Limited at Ace Studio in Sector 126, Noida, delivering a fully managed and brand-aligned office environment. The move expands the company’s growing presence in Noida’s media and entertainment ecosystem.
