Shriram Properties Ltd is targeting a significant growth phase, aiming to double its net profit and sales bookings by FY29 as project completions accelerate. The company reported a consolidated net profit of ₹100.81 crore and sales bookings of ₹2,354 crore in FY26, while targeting realisable income of around ₹3,000 crore by FY29, compared with ₹1,400 crore in FY26. The developer has a construction pipeline of nearly 50 million sq ft through FY29, including around 20 million sq ft planned for development over the next 18 months. Alongside its key markets of Chennai, Bengaluru and Pune, Shriram Properties is evaluating further opportunities in Kolkata. Its Bengal operations, anchored by the Shriram Grand City township at Uttarpara, have around 140 acres available for mixed-use commercial development, with potential of 10–11 million sq ft. The company is also exploring a premium shopping mall that could generate its first rental-income stream.
