Unwired Connect Achieves DALI-2 Certification for Made-in-India Building Automation Solutions

Unwired Connect has achieved DALI-2 certification from the DALI Alliance for its range of locally designed and manufactured lighting control products, marking a significant milestone for India's building automation industry. The certification validates the company's commitment to developing globally compliant automation technologies while expanding its wired automation portfolio.

The certified product range includes 15W, 24W and 40W DT6 LED drivers, DT8 Tunable White drivers, and DT8 RGB drivers, all engineered at Unwired Connect's R&D and Innovation Centre in India. Having joined the DALI Alliance as an Associate Member in May 2026, the company secured certifications during June and July 2026, with additional products currently undergoing certification.

DALI-2 is the internationally recognized standard for intelligent lighting control systems, ensuring interoperability, reliability and compatibility between lighting and automation devices from different manufacturers. The certification enables seamless integration across commercial buildings, hospitality projects, industrial facilities and smart infrastructure developments.

Unlike many imported or rebranded alternatives, Unwired Connect's certified products have been designed, developed and manufactured entirely in India, highlighting the company's engineering capabilities and commitment to indigenous innovation. The certification also opens new opportunities for collaboration with system integrators, lighting manufacturers and automation solution providers seeking globally compliant products.
