Inox Solar and KPI Green Energy Partner to Develop 2.5 GW Renewable Projects Across India.                                                                                                                          

Inox Solar Ltd (ISL) has signed an exclusive Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with KPI Green Energy Ltd, part of the KP Group, to jointly develop 2.5 GW of solar and hybrid renewable-energy projects across multiple Indian states. As part of the collaboration, Inox Solar will supply solar modules and equipment, provide engineering expertise, and manage pre-commissioning, commissioning, and module-level O&M activities. KPI Green Energy will oversee end-to-end project development, including land acquisition, statutory approvals, connectivity, and EPC execution for balance-of-plant. Kailash Tarachandani, Group CEO – Renewables at INOXGFL Group, said the partnership strengthens both companies’ ability to execute large-scale renewable projects efficiently. KPI CMD Faruk G. Patel added that the agreement boosts their capacity to deliver integrated renewable assets aligned with India’s clean-energy goals. The partnership blends Inox Solar’s manufacturing strength with KPI’s project development capabilities, ensuring seamless and timely project delivery.
