Brigade Group Reports ₹1,827 Crore Real Estate Sales in Q2 FY27; PBT Rises 47%

Bengaluru, October 29, 2026: Brigade Group reported improved operating performance in Q2 FY27, supported by launch momentum and sustained residential demand. The company recorded real estate sales of ₹1,827 crore during the quarter across a sales volume of 1.3 million sq. ft. Total income for Q2 FY27 stood at ₹1,250 crore, compared with ₹1,430 crore in Q2 FY26. Profit Before Tax (PBT) increased 47% year-on-year to ₹288 crore from ₹196 crore, while Profit After Tax (PAT) rose to ₹219 crore from ₹170 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. EBITDA for the quarter increased to ₹478 crore from ₹375 crore in Q2 FY26. Collections during Q2 FY27 stood at ₹1,633 crore. Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director, Brigade Enterprises Limited, said Q2 FY27 was a positive quarter for the Group, with healthy momentum across its businesses. Residential continued to drive growth, supported by sustained demand and a strong project pipeline. She noted that homebuyers are increasingly prioritising quality, location, larger homes and improved amenities, with resilient demand continuing across the mid and premium housing segments.

Real Estate

The real estate segment reported revenue of ₹760 crore and EBITDA of ₹175 crore, representing an increase of 59% over Q2 FY26. The segment recorded an EBITDA margin of 23%. During the quarter, Brigade Group launched projects covering approximately 2.4 million sq. ft., with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of around ₹3,000 crore.

Leasing

Revenue from the leasing business stood at ₹329 crore during Q2 FY27. EBITDA reached ₹242 crore, up 9% over Q2 FY26, with an EBITDA margin of 74%. The portfolio recorded occupancy of 90% as of September 2026. Brigade Square and Arcadia at Brigade Cornerstone Utopia were completed during the quarter, adding approximately 0.27 million sq. ft. of lease space.

Hospitality

Brigade Group's hospitality business reported revenue of ₹161 crore during Q2 FY27. EBITDA stood at ₹59 crore, representing growth of 41% over Q2 FY26, with a margin of 37%.

H1 FY27 Performance

For the first half of FY27, revenue stood at ₹2,429 crore compared with ₹2,763 crore in H1 FY26. EBITDA increased to ₹903 crore from ₹750 crore. PBT rose to ₹572 crore from ₹389 crore, while PAT increased to ₹436 crore from ₹328 crore in H1 FY26. Collections for H1 FY27 stood at ₹3,489 crore.
