Gujarat’s next commercial real estate growth cycle is expected to be driven by Global Capability Centres (GCCs), GIFT City, infrastructure, talent availability and institutional-grade office assets, industry leaders said at ETRealty Realty and Beyond Ahmedabad. Experts emphasised that simply adding Grade-A office supply will not be enough. Large global occupiers increasingly seek larger floorplates, professional building management, energy efficiency, parking, last-mile connectivity and strong employee amenities. GIFT City is emerging as a key financial and business ecosystem, while Ahmedabad’s expanding metro and airport connectivity could widen the talent pool available to companies. The panel also highlighted opportunities in Tier-II.
