NOIDA: Realty major M3M has emerged as the highest bidder for a 12.5-acre mixed-use land parcel in Sector 108, Noida, quoting nearly ₹1,850 crore in the Noida Authority auction. The bid is more than double the reserve price of ₹835 crore, highlighting strong developer interest in prime Noida real estate. DLF Ltd also participated in the competitive bidding, while Godrej Properties was among the developers shortlisted for the auction. The Sector 108 plot is designated for mixed-use development, including residential and commercial components. The substantial premium reflects growing demand for strategically located land parcels in Noida. M3M's spokesperson declined to comment immediately, while the Noida Authority had not officially announced the auction details. Separately, Godrej Properties recently won a 4.95-acre residential plot in Sector 151 for ₹331.75 crore, with the proposed project expected to generate over ₹2,000 crore in revenue.
