Noida Authority has initiated recovery of ₹277 crore from Sikka Infrastructure for dues related to a group housing plot in Sector 143B.

The company lost eligibility for state benefits announced in December 2023 for stalled projects, as it failed to pay 25% of the recalculated ₹208 crore liability. Despite repeated notices, including three cancellation warnings and public announcements, the dues remain unpaid. As a result, 31 flats were sealed on October 8, 2024, and the Authority has filed a complaint with the Economic Offences Wing. Additionally, the process to cancel the project's building plan revalidation has begun. The plot, allotted in 2011, had 1,351 units sanctioned, but only 323 obtained occupancy certificates, with none registered.
