Over 8,000 flat registries in nine Greater Noida projects are stalled due to ₹400 crore dues, incomplete towers, and FAR disputes.
Initially set at 2.75, FAR was revised to 3.5 in 2013, but approvals faced
resistance. UPSIDA recently ratified the 3.5 FAR, allowing registrations to start
at Migsun Green Mansion and E Homes. However, dues continue to delay
registries in other projects. Some developers like Cosmos Infraestate and Oasis
Buildmart made partial payments, but projects like Golf Foreste and four
others face legal and financial challenges. UPSIDA insists on clearing dues and
completing documentation for further approvals.
