Inox Green to Oversee O&M for 5 GW Joint Wind–Solar Projects by INOXGFL and KP Group.
Inox Green Energy Services Ltd announced that it will handle operations and maintenance (O&M) for 5 GW of wind and solar projects jointly developed by the INOXGFL Group and the KP Group. Under the collaboration, Inox Green will manage O&M for wind turbine generators and solar modules across all upcoming projects formed through two major MoUs. The partnerships include Inox Wind Ltd and KP Energy Ltd developing 2.5 GW of wind capacity, while Inox Solar Ltd and KPI Green Energy Ltd collaborate on an additional 2.5 GW of solar projects across multiple states. Inox Green, a subsidiary of Inox Wind and part of the INOXGFL Group, currently manages around 12.5 GW of renewable assets, including investments. The company said the arrangement integrates INOXGFL’s engineering and manufacturing strengths with KP Group’s strong project-development capabilities, ensuring reliable long-term operations and streamlined execution of large-scale clean-energy assets.
