Krystal Solar Wins ₹138 Cr Rooftop Solar Project for Maharashtra Healthcare Facilities.
Krystal Integrated Services Ltd on Friday announced that its associate firm, Krystal Solar Energy SPV, has secured a ₹138 crore contract to deploy rooftop solar infrastructure across government healthcare institutions in Maharashtra. Krystal Integrated Services holds a 49% stake in the associate company. The project has been awarded by the Directorate of Medical Education & Research, Maharashtra and involves the rollout of grid-connected rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) systems at government hospitals and medical colleges across the state. Under the contract, Krystal Solar Energy SPV will undertake end-to-end execution, including design, engineering, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, grid synchronisation, and long-term operation and maintenance of the solar systems. Sanjay Dighe, Executive Director and CEO of Krystal Integrated Services, said the order marks a strategic milestone in the company’s expanding presence in the renewable energy and infrastructure services space. The project reinforces Krystal’s commitment to supporting clean energy adoption in public infrastructure while strengthening its renewable portfolio.
