Ravi Puravankara, founder of Puravankara Ltd, has purchased 12 commercial properties in Andheri, Mumbai, for ₹242 crore in his personal capacity.
The seller is RockFort Estate Developer Pvt Ltd. The properties range from 6,750 sq ft to nearly 10,000 sq ft of carpet area. According to data analytics firm CRE Matrix, the transactions were made by Puravankara’s family office for investment purposes. The properties were registered this month. Puravankara Ltd, based in Bengaluru, is a leading real estate developer in India. The deal highlights significant private investment in Mumbai’s commercial real estate sector.
