Ravi Puravankara Buys 12 Commercial Properties in Mumbai for ₹242 Crore
Ravi Puravankara, founder of real estate firm Puravankara Ltd, has acquired 12 commercial properties in Mumbai for ₹242 crore through his family office for investment purposes.
The seller is RockFort Estate Developer Pvt Ltd. The properties, located in Andheri, range from 6,750 sq ft to nearly 10,000 sq ft of carpet area. According to CRE Matrix, which reviewed the registration documents, the transactions were registered this month. Bengaluru-based Puravankara Ltd is one of India’s leading real estate developers. This deal further strengthens Puravankara's investment portfolio in Mumbai’s commercial real estate market.
