Steady sales from ongoing projects and a strong launch pipeline position the developer for continued growth across Mumbai.
Keystone Realtors Posts ₹617 Crore Pre-Sales in Q1 FY27.
Keystone Realtors reported pre-sales of ₹617 crore in the first quarter of FY27, compared to ₹1,068 crore in the same period last year, primarily due to the absence of new project launches during the quarter. Despite lower pre-sales, collections increased to ₹599 crore from ₹575 crore in Q1 FY26, driven by payments from previously sold units and sustained demand across ongoing projects. The company strengthened its future growth pipeline by adding two new developments in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, including the Utkarsh CHSL redevelopment project in Goregaon East and a plotted development project in Igatpuri, with a combined saleable area of 1.98 million sq. ft. and an estimated gross development value of ₹713 crore. Keystone Realtors also completed the Rustomjee Ashiana project in Juhu during the quarter. The company expects its upcoming launches across MMR to support its FY27 pre-sales targets and drive future growth.
