Bansal Wire Q1 FY26 Net Profit Surges 24.6% to ₹393 Mn, Revenue Up 14.9%
Bansal Wire Industries Limited, India’s largest stainless steel wire manufacturer and the second-largest steel wire manufacturer by volume, has reported a 24.6% year-on-year increase in net profit to ₹393 million for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. The company's Q1 FY26 revenue rose 14.9% YoY to ₹9,390 million, while EBITDA grew 19.6% YoY to ₹745 million, reflecting robust operational performance.
The growth is attributed to India's expanding infrastructure, rising manufacturing demand, and Bansal Wire’s strategic focus on product innovation, customer alignment, and integrated operations. The company continues to advance its Dadri expansion and specialty wire portfolio (hose wire, bead wire, steel cord) to cater to high-value, high-growth segments in line with India’s import substitution goals.
Bansal Wire has also initiated the development of a backward-integrated steel and stainless steel wire facility in Sanand, Gujarat, focusing on raw material security, cost efficiency, and sustainability with solar power, rainwater harvesting, and acid-free systems.
Mr. Pranav Bansal, MD & CEO, stated, “We are pleased to report a strong start to FY26, building on the momentum of a transformational FY25. Our long-term roadmap prioritizes execution, innovation, and market expansion to deliver value for all stakeholders
