Capacit'e Infraprojects Secures ₹482 Crore Super High-Rise Construction Order in Mumbai

Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited has secured a new construction order worth approximately ₹482 crore (excluding taxes and cess) from Twenty-Five Downtown Realty Limited for a prestigious super high-rise residential development in Mahalaxmi, Mumbai.

The contract includes the execution of civil works and civil finishes for Tower T5, covering basements, podiums, clubhouse, service floors, upper residential floors, penthouses, and terrace-level construction. The project further strengthens Capacit'e's position as a leading engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company specializing in complex high-rise and super high-rise developments.
