Punjab & Haryana HC Restrains Fresh Allotments in Oberoi Realty’s Gurugram Project.
The Punjab & Haryana High Court has directed IREO Group entities and Oberoi Realty not to make any fresh allotments or create third-party rights in the ‘Three Sixty North’ residential project in Gurugram until the Haryana Department of Town and Country Planning (DTCP) decides a pending complaint. The complaint, filed by Advance India Projects, challenges the validity of development licences and the approval allowing Oberoi Realty to become the project developer. The court clarified that the interim order does not affect existing sales or ongoing construction. Oberoi Realty stated that the ruling will not materially impact its business and confirmed it will pursue legal remedies. The project, valued at ₹8,000–10,000 crore, already has around 350 units allotted, with the company investing nearly ₹500 crore. The DTCP has been directed to decide the matter in a time-bound manner, while the High Court has scheduled the next hearing for August 19, 2026.
