High-value Worli deal underscores the continued strength of Mumbai’s luxury real estate market.
Former ASK Asset Director’s Family Buys Four Mumbai Luxury Apartments for ₹179 Crore.
Family members of former ASK Asset & Wealth Management Group whole-time director Bharat Shah have purchased four ultra-luxury apartments in Mumbai’s premium Worli locality for nearly ₹179 crore. The residences, located in Kalpataru One’s Wing A on the 34th and 35th floors, were acquired by Preeti Bharat Shah and Kinnari Bharat Shah directly from the developer, Kalpataru Properties. Each apartment is valued at approximately ₹44.85 crore, with a combined RERA carpet area of 17,689 sq. ft. The transaction also includes 16 dedicated car parking spaces. Registered on July 6, the buyers paid ₹8.97 crore in stamp duty while availing a concession available for properties registered in women’s names under Maharashtra government regulations. The acquisition reflects the sustained demand for luxury and ultra-luxury homes in Mumbai, driven by high-net-worth individuals seeking spacious residences with world-class amenities in prime locations such as Worli and Lower Parel.
