Manoj Dhanotiya is a serial entrepreneur, PropTech innovator, and thought leader with over 15 years of global experience spanning technology, SaaS, and real estate. Prior to founding Micro Mitti, Manoj established AiTrillion, a global SaaS platform that went on to serve more than 15,000 clients across 100+ countries. Under his leadership, AiTrillion emerged as one of India’s most successful bootstrapped technology ventures, empowering leading global brands such as Harley-Davidson and TeleBrands through AI-driven marketing and customer engagement solutions. Notably, the company achieved multi-million-dollar annual recurring revenue without raising external venture capital, while building a 100+ member team largely from Tier 2 and Tier 3 India.

Manoj is a regular speaker at industry conferences, universities, and entrepreneurship forums, where he advocates financial literacy, technology-driven wealth creation, and Bharat-first innovation. His work uniquely bridges grassroots execution with global strategic thinking, inspiring aspiring entrepreneurs and investors across the country.

Beyond business, Manoj remains deeply committed to social impact. He has built multiple classrooms in government schools in Indore, positively impacting over 160 students annually, and is currently leading the construction of Bal Bhavan, a home for orphaned children in Madhya Pradesh. As City Chapter Leader for Chai for Cancer, he has mobilized community-led fundraising initiatives for cancer patients.
