Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan officially unveiled “Greenz by Danube,” the latest residential development by Danube Properties, during a large-scale launch event held at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai.

The event was attended by more than 7,000 investors, business leaders and industry stakeholders, alongside Rizwan Sajan, Founder and Chairman of Danube Group. The project marks Danube Properties’ first large-scale integrated master villa community and is being positioned as Dubai’s first fully furnished master villa development.

Speaking at the launch, Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan highlighted the UAE’s continued growth as a global destination for investment, innovation and high-quality living. He stated that meaningful urban development is built on trust, reliability and a deep understanding of the needs of residents, families and investors.

The project is strategically located next to Dubai International Academic City and behind Dubai Silicon Oasis, within one of Dubai’s rapidly expanding residential corridors. The area is expected to benefit significantly from the upcoming District IO technology hub, which is projected to create more than 70,000 jobs.

“Greenz by Danube” will feature a mix of 3- and 4-bedroom townhouses along with 5-bedroom semi-detached and twin villas. The residences will include modern façades, Dolce Vita-inspired Italian interiors, private lifts, sky gardens and closed kitchens. Project handover is scheduled for December 2029.

The master-planned community will offer over 50 lifestyle amenities spread across five themed leisure zones. Facilities include sports courts, wellness spaces, green landscapes, beach-inspired recreational areas, family zones, a dancing fountain and a 3.75-kilometre jogging track. Residents will also have access to internal buggy transportation and a dedicated shuttle service connecting the development to the metro station.

Rizwan Sajan said the project’s key strengths include its strategic location, fully furnished homes, premium Italian finishes, extensive amenities and a flexible 1% monthly payment plan designed to make luxury living more accessible to investors and homebuyers.

With prices starting from AED 3.5 million, the development aims to cater to both end-users and investors seeking premium lifestyle-oriented housing in Dubai’s growing suburban corridors.
