Onward Workspaces Expands Delhi Network with Three New Managed Office Centres

Onward Workspaces has announced its largest single-city expansion to date with the launch of three new premium managed workspace centres across Okhla Phase 3, Janakpuri and Connaught Place in Delhi. The expansion will add approximately 70,000 sq. ft. of managed office space and over 1,150 workstations, strengthening the company's presence across key commercial hubs in the national capital.

The new facilities form part of Onward Workspaces' long-term growth strategy for the Delhi-NCR market, where demand for flexible, enterprise-grade office solutions continues to rise. Once operational, the company will establish a well-distributed presence across South Delhi, West Delhi and Central Delhi, creating one of the city's most extensive managed workspace networks.

The expansion includes a 300-seat centre in Okhla Phase 3, a 600-seat facility across four floors in Janakpuri, and a 250-seat workspace at ECE House on KG Marg in Connaught Place. The new locations are designed to cater to enterprises seeking scalable, customised office environments with premium amenities and operational flexibility.
