profine India Announces Leadership Transition: Farid Khan Elevated to CMD, Kamal Bajaj Appointed CEO

New Delhi, India: profine India Window Technology Pvt. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Germany-based profine GmbH and manufacturer of the renowned Koemmerling uPVC and aluminium window and door systems, has announced a significant leadership transition effective June 1, 2026.

Under the new leadership structure, Farid Khan, who has served as Chief Executive Officer of profine India since its inception, has been elevated to the role of Chairman cum Managing Director (CMD). In his expanded position, Khan will focus on long-term strategic direction, corporate governance, and the company's international expansion initiatives across South Asia, the Middle East, and other non-European markets.

Farid Khan currently also serves as Managing Director of profine Middle East and Head of the Group’s Global Non-EU Aluminium Business, overseeing key growth markets for the organization.

Taking over as Chief Executive Officer is Kamal Bajaj, who most recently served as Chief Procurement Officer and Business Head – Aluminium at profine India. Bajaj brings extensive operational expertise, deep market understanding, and strong leadership experience to his new role.

Commenting on the transition, Farid Khan said, "Over two decades, I have had the privilege of building profine India from the ground up—establishing world-class manufacturing infrastructure, taking the Koemmerling brand to industry leadership, and driving our strategic expansion into aluminium.
