CleanMax Q4 FY26 PAT Surges 152% on Strong Revenue Growth.

CleanMax, a leading renewable energy partner, reported a sharp jump in profitability for the fourth quarter of FY26, with profit after tax (PAT) rising 151.9 per cent year-on-year to ₹55.42 crore, compared with ₹22 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue from operations during Q4 FY26 grew 25.13 per cent YoY to ₹557.46 crore, up from ₹445.50 crore a year earlier, reflecting steady demand for clean energy solutions. The company’s EBITDA also improved, rising 14.14 per cent YoY to ₹349.74 crore from ₹306.39 crore in Q4 FY25. On a full-year basis, CleanMax delivered a strong performance, posting a 238.11 per cent YoY increase in PAT to ₹94.13 crore in FY26, compared with ₹27.84 crore in FY25. Annual revenue from operations rose 27.89 per cent to ₹1,912.87 crore, while EBITDA increased 27.53 per cent to ₹1,294.56 crore, underscoring robust operational growth and improved financial strength.
