Signature Global expands Gurugram footprint with ₹5,500–6,000 crore project.

194-acre land deal to fuel a new ultra-luxury farmhouse villa development in Farrukhnagar.

Signature Global (India) has acquired and tied up around 194.22 acres in Farrukhnagar, Gurugram, for a planned ultra-luxury farmhouse villa project with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of ₹5,500–6,000 crore. The company purchased approximately 25 acres for ₹150 crore through conveyance deeds and signed collaboration agreements for another 169.22 acres. The combined development is expected to add around 6.77 million sq ft of developable area to Signature Global’s pipeline. Planned as a low-density residential project, the development will feature luxury farmhouse villas along with sports, hospitality, leisure and lifestyle facilities. The project marks Signature Global’s entry into Farrukhnagar in Gurugram West. The company reported ₹1,970 crore in sales bookings in Q1 FY27, following ₹8,250 crore in FY26. So far, it has delivered 19.2 million sq ft of real estate.
