ReaRCo Revives Stalled Greater Noida Housing Project, Brings Relief to 400 Homebuyers.

Real estate asset resolution company ReaRCo Private Limited has acquired KV Developers through the insolvency resolution process, offering long-awaited relief to nearly 400 homebuyers in Greater Noida who invested in the project during 2012–13. The company has secured ₹195 crore from the government-backed SWAMIH Fund to complete the stalled development. Construction of 646 housing units across five towers is currently underway, with over 90% work completed and possession expected by the end of the year. As part of the approved resolution plan, ReaRCo has cleared ₹35 crore in dues to financial institutions and ₹60 crore to the development authority in a phased manner. Nearly all homebuyers have been shifted to the under-construction towers to fast-track delivery, while around 40 buyers opting to exit have received refunds totalling ₹10 crore. The total project cost is estimated at ₹250 crore, with expected revenues of ₹500 crore. ReaRCo plans to acquire more stuck projects approved by the National Company Law Tribunal, aiming to resolve legal hurdles and support distressed homebuyers across India.
