After a 10-year delay, Unitech is set to restart six stalled projects in Gurugram’s Nirvana Country 2 from April 5.

These include Alder Grove Villas, Espace Premiere Villas, Exquisite Group Housing, The Willows Plots, Nirvana Country-2 Plots, and Nirvana Courtyard-2 (commercial). Launched in 2009, the projects halted in 2014 due to financial distress and regulatory hurdles. Now under government-appointed management, Unitech has secured environmental clearances and aims to complete work within 78 months. The ₹630 crore revival plan will be funded through buyer payments and unsold inventory sales. With 1,073 units affected, including EWS flats and plots, the move brings long-awaited relief to homebuyers who have waited nearly a decade for possession.
