L&T Realty Acquires Prime Central Delhi Land for ₹200 Crore Luxury Housing Project.
L&T Realty Developers Ltd (LTRDL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro (L&T), has acquired a 2.5-acre land parcel in central Delhi for nearly ₹200 crore to develop a boutique luxury residential project. The site currently houses an L&T office, which will be demolished after land conversion and regulatory approvals are secured. This acquisition is part of L&T Realty’s aggressive expansion in the National Capital Region (NCR), following its recent purchase of International Green Scapes Ltd, providing access to a 20-acre development site in Gurugram. The move places L&T alongside leading developers such as DLF, TARC, Unity Group, and Raheja, which have already launched premium residential projects in central Delhi. Rising demand for luxury housing and increased interest from developers across Mumbai and Bengaluru continue to reshape the NCR real estate market. The acquisition further highlights the growing competition for high-value land in Delhi’s premium residential segment.
