Filmmaker Subhash Ghai has sold two residential apartments in Mumbai’s Splender Complex, Jogeshwari, for a total of ₹11.61 crore.
The properties, registered under Mukta Tele Arts, were sold for ₹5.80 crore each in March 2025. Each apartment features a carpet area of 889 sq ft and a built-up area of 1,067 sq ft. Both transactions attracted a stamp duty of ₹1.34 crore and a registration fee of ₹30,000, as per documents accessed via Square Yards. The apartments are part of a project developed by Oberoi Realty. In February 2025, Ghai and his wife purchased a 4,364 sq ft apartment in Bandra West for ₹24 crore, paying ₹1.44 crore in stamp duty and ₹30,000 in registration fees.
