Quest Coworks expands in Mumbai by acquiring over 57,000 sq ft of office space in Andheri East for ₹55.83 crore.
The deal, completed with Capgemini Technology Services India at Akruti Softech Park in the MIDC-Marol Industrial Area, was registered on March 16. It includes five office units across multiple floors and 51 parking slots. Quest Coworks paid stamp duty of ₹3.58 crore for the purchase. Units range from 10,500 sq ft to nearly 11,900 sq ft, showing strong pricing across the property. This acquisition underscores ongoing demand for ready-to-use office spaces in established micro-markets like the MIDC-Marol belt, driven by flexible workspace operators serving hybrid work models, startups, and large companies seeking scalable, well-connected offices.
