Godrej Acquires 14 Acres in Hoskote – ₹1,500 Cr Project Incoming!

Godrej Properties has acquired a 14-acre land parcel in Hoskote, East Bengaluru, to develop a premium residential project with an estimated revenue potential of ₹1,500 crore.

The project will offer approximately 1.5 million sq. ft. of saleable area. This strategic acquisition builds on the success of Godrej Woodscapes and reinforces the company’s commitment to expanding in East Bengaluru—a region rapidly emerging as a residential and investment hotspot. Proximity to major hubs like Whitefield, ITPL, and the upcoming Aerospace Park, along with excellent connectivity via NH-75 and access to Budigere Cross and KR Puram, enhances the location’s appeal. Infrastructure upgrades, improved road networks, and the development of nearby industrial zones further strengthen Hoskote's position as a future-ready urban hub.
