Noida International Airport Set to Redefine NCR Real Estate Landscape.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated Phase I of the Noida International Airport, a ₹11,200-crore project expected to transform real estate dynamics across the National Capital Region. Located along the Yamuna Expressway, the airport will improve connectivity between Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Agra, and Aligarh, supporting urban and industrial growth. Industry experts believe airport-led development will spur demand across residential, commercial, logistics and hospitality segments. According to CBRE, the project could create a new real estate corridor and attract institutional investments. Colliers India projects strong traction in mid-income and luxury housing, alongside rising Grade A office demand in Noida. Developers also foresee increased investor and end-user interest, positioning the Yamuna Expressway as a key growth hub in NCR’s next expansion phase.
