Noida Authority Seals Three Towers at Lotus Panache Over ₹703 Crore Dues & Illegal Construction.                                                                                                            

The Noida Authority has sealed three under-construction towers and ten commercial outlets at the Lotus Panache project in Sector 110 due to unpaid dues of ₹703 crore and ongoing illegal construction without approved building plans. The developer, Granite Gate Properties Pvt Ltd—currently under insolvency—continued construction despite a public notice displaying the outstanding dues. The project, spanning 1.6 lakh sqm and originally approved for 31 towers and 4,018 flats, has been under scrutiny for repeated violations, with three towers sealed last year as well. Earlier this year, the developer’s resolution professional approached the Allahabad High Court seeking revalidation of the building plan and protection from coercive action. The court directed the Authority to decide on the revalidation application, after which a hearing was held. On June 13, the Authority confirmed dues of ₹703 crore and ordered a halt to construction. Continued violations prompted the latest sealing drive.
