Aristo Pharma Bets Big on Owned Office Space with ₹111 Cr Andheri West Deal.

Aristo Pharmaceuticals has acquired premium office space worth over ₹111.26 crore in Andheri West, marking one of the largest outright office transactions of the year. The purchase includes more than 18,300 sq ft of carpet area spread across the first and second floors of the commercial tower Parinee I. Including loft space, the total usable area is approximately 28,300 sq ft. The deal, registered on March 27, was executed through seven separate agreements with developer Parinee Realty and an individual seller. At a carpet rate of nearly ₹60,800 per sq ft, the transaction reflects sustained demand for high-quality commercial assets in Mumbai’s western suburbs. This acquisition shows that more end users are choosing asset ownership over leasing, indicating long-term commitment and confidence in established commercial hubs like Andheri West.
